Dear Students, Parents, and Community Members,

It is with incredible pride and a sense of profound excitement that I welcome you to the very first school year at Flint Hill Middle School. Standing at the helm of a brand-new institution is a rare privilege, and I am honored to serve as your founding principal.

Opening a new school is about more than just fresh paint and state-of-the-art technology—it is about building a culture from the ground up. Together, we have the unique opportunity to establish traditions, define our values, and create a legacy of excellence that will inspire students for decades to come.

Middle school is a pivotal season of life. It is a time of rapid transition, discovery, and self-definition.

My philosophy is simple: every child deserves a champion.
